Important Informations
We can accept your Online booking or purchase if it has been done at least 2 hour before the ship's departure time.
We will not be able to redeem online tickets,by referring the buyer to the wrong weather if the Captain, in contrast, considers the shipping and the program to be safe.
We can provide an opportunity to transfer the purchased ticket to another date. Tickets bought Online are not refundable in case to missed the departure time.
In the Online ticker area, we are unable to guarantee free seats if the date and departure time are not indicated.
TICKET PICKUP
We can collect your Online booked tickets 15 minutes before the boat departing, and we cannot guarantee your reservation in case of later arrival.
For a ticket purchased Online, you can pick up your boarding card by showing the invoice in our cashier.

On the trips at 10:45 and at 14:30 we offer for our guests a free cappucino. Spend a pleasant hour on board our unique ship. During the exclusive voyage you can get acquainted with the sights of the Keszthely Basin while listening to an interesting description of this spectacular region. -

During the trip you can see the wonderful view of Szigliget-bay, the pictures que ruins of the castle and the volcanic hills of the Káli basin. On the way home you can enjoy the spectacular scenery of the hills on the northern coast of Lake Balaton. -
